Theoretical and legal aspects of interstate cooperation in combating illegal migration

This article analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations of interstate cooperation in combating illegal migration within the framework of international law. It highlights international and regional mechanisms in the field of countering illegal migration, as well as factors influencing their effectiveness. The author develops proposals for the implementation of international legal norms into national legislation and for enhancing the effectiveness of coordinated actions between states.
